In 2018, while thriving as a thought leader in higher education and resilience facilitation, she was tasked with coaching and training new managers with untapped leadership potential. She quickly realized that despite their talent, many of these leaders struggled to build strong relationships with their teams. This disconnect led to disengagement, a sense of being undervalued, and increased turnover—problems that she was uniquely equipped to solve.
In 2020, Dr. Williams founded Resilient Solutions and developed the Resilience Roadmap—a proven framework designed to empower leaders to bridge gaps in leadership, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics. Through this program, she guides new leaders in identifying their strengths, addressing their weaknesses, and crafting actionable strategies to foster high engagement and reduce dysfunction within their teams.
